Guests are welcome to use anything in house, smoking allowed outside. this property has 2 queen size beds and a twin size sleeper sofa, brand new, so it can sleep up to 5 comfortably, 6 if you need too! Guests would be required to sign a contract in advance as well as send $500 deposit which would be returned upon verification that property is not damaged and no party has cancelled.
