Featuring a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster etc. Central air-conditioning, cable- TV, VCR, stereo, telephone etc. Laundry facilities are available in the club house. The resort also feature a large heated pool, Jacuzzi and Tennis courts. Located near Florida's many attractions, including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Desoto Beach one of the top ten beaches in the United States. The condo itself is in a waterfront condominium resort 1.5 mile north of the entrance to the park area. Even though you can walk to the entrance to Ft. DeSoto Park, you will need a car to get to the outer area of the park where you will find a fantastic beach. If you enjoy walking the beach you can usually find your own private spot and some great shelling areas. There is a fee of 35 cents to get into the park per vehicle but parking is free.
