Playa del Secreto is one of the most beautiful beaches in all the Mayan Riviera... When you arrive in Sandy's villa you think you are in paradise. Long span of white sand and turquoise sea, coconuts, and wild life.
Sandy's Villas and Residence is a unique place in that it is very quiet and exclusive, with only 10 units available. A relaxing vacation set in the natural beauty of the Mayan Riviera.
We have a private beach (for our guests exclusively) with a palapa & beach chairs, located just across the private road that runs in front of the Villas, about a 1 minute walk.

All of our units are fully appointed, air conditioned, and self contained condos.
The one bedrooms have a full kitchen, dining area, living room,balcony, ,A/C ,vcr,radio cd-player,1 bedroom and full bathroom.
The upper units also have an 800sq.ft rooftop patio terrace.

The '2 bedroom Villas' are 2 storey, with the rooftop patio.
The main floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room ,and full bathroom

The second level has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms ensuite to each bedroom.

All units have a Queen size futon couch in the living room.

Playa del Secreto is 20 minutes from the Cancun Airport and 10 minutes to Playa del Carmen, 5 minutes to the tranquil unspoiled fishing village of Puerto Morelos, where you can experience the unsurpassed beauty of the second largest coral reef in the world, snorkeling, fishing trips, jungle tours, scuba diving, or shopping in the typical artisan stores or...have a dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants, pizzerias, pubs or cafes.
Taxi from the Airport is $30 (US Dollars). Rent a car from the Airport $50 (US Dollars) a day.

In Puerto Morelos you will find groceries, internet caf?, bus, taxi, every thing you need.
Playa del Secreto is 30 minutes from the Ruins of Tulum, 40 minutes to Cob? Ruins, and 2 hours to Chichen Itza,
or visit the incredible crystal cenotes in the Mayan Riviera, the Azul el dos ojos cenote , the Gran cenote, the Kantun Chi and many more. Xpuha, Xcaret, Xhelha,natural park all incredible to visit and within 30 minutes.

Tulum: This ancient city overlooks the Caribbean coast. Xel-Ha Eco park: One of the most beautiful eco-parks with a natural aquarium and lush tropical trails and floating rivers. Xcartet Eco park: Also a natural paradise with a pristine natural lagoon and unique underground rivers. Swimming with dolphins programs is available in both eco parks. Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve: Outstanding array of flora and fauna This area of the Peninsula of Yucatan is also famous for their fresh water caverns, called 'cenotes',believed by the Mayans to be sacred and healing waters. There are several 'cenotes' nearby where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive. Cancun: About 30 minutes from Playa del secreto. Transportation is available all day from terminal. Cozumel Island:, about 30 minutes by ferry boat from playa del carmen, is a treasure for scuba divers and snorkelers. Ferryboat departures every hour.
