Welcome to our home away from home. An island resort located in Marsh Harbour, Great Abaco, Bahamas.
We are located in an intimate island resort situated on the fringes of Marsh Harbour with easy access to beaches and a plethora of other amenities. This gated community resort is nestled in a beautiful island garden setting.
The condo is beautifully designer decorated and provides the best of island living and comfort. In your private island hideaway you will find a living and dining area, two bedrooms (with a queen size bed in the Master suite and two twin beds in the Guest suite), two bathrooms, (Master bath has a shower and the Guest bath has a large bath tub and shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen, cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washer and dryer, and private balconies. A queen size sofa bed is also provided in the living area allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6 people.

It is truly a home away from home with all of the necessary comforts. It's location is central and within distance of many amenities. Boat marinas are located next door and across the street.

Vacation Rental Condo - Rates
Special Rates Information:
Minimum stay of three (3) nights, additional cost for less than 3 nights.
? Low Season: September 1st - November 30th.
$200.00 per night.
$1,400.00 per week.
Cleaning Fee
High Season Rates: December 1st - August 31st.
$250.00 per night.
$1,750.00 per week.

Rates apply to occupancy of one (1) to four (4) people per unit over the age of twelve (12)
$35.00 per night per additional person under the age of twelve (12). Children under the age of two (2) stay free
Maximum of six (6) persons per unit - four (4) persons over the age of twelve, and two (2) children under the age of twelve (12).
Portable cribs are available at $10.00 per night.
