Our two bedroom deluxe condo is located in Tower III at Panama City Beach's premier vacation spot, Edgewater Beach Resort. The living room and dining room have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances plus coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pans, flatware, etc. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided, except beach towels.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and private full bath. The guest bedroom has two full size beds and bath.

The living room has two full size sofas, one is a queen size sofa bed.

Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security.

Smoking allowed outside on balcony only please.

Publix Market and Super Wal-Mart are one half a mile from the resort.
