Rent directly from owner, one of our two beautiful condos at Panama City Beaches premier vacation resort, Edgewater Beach Resort. Both condos (2/BR 2/BA and 1/BR 1/BA) are ocean front in Tower III. Enjoy the spectacular view from your private balcony of the emerald green water and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.
Both units have all major appliances, plus coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pans, flatware, etc., everything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal or just a snack. All linens are provided, except beach towels. Both units also have washers and dryers.
The 2/BR unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath. The guest bedroom has two full size beds and bath (sleeps up to 8).
The 1 BR unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom (sleeps up to 4).
Both units have queen size sleep sofas in the living room.
Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security.
