The master bedroom suite on the first floor is wheelchair accessible, complete with Jacuzzi tub, new TV and king sized bed. Downstairs, the rec room has another 27? TV with DVD player, card table, stair-stepper, extensive library, games and sleeper sofa.

We rented the house for 5 couples over President's weekend. The house was very cozy and well equipped. There was plenty of room for all couples and plenty of space to hangout for all. We also loved the hot tub on the deck with beautiful views of the mountains. A great place to visit, close to the casinos and many of the ski resorts. This was a great vacation! We had three families in this house and it was AMAZING! We were all very comfortable. Deborah made the reservations quick and professional. She sent along ideas for entertainment, food and hiking. We had a blast and the house exceeded every expectation that any of us had. This is our #1 pick in Tahoe. Central location and great views. This place is not just a rental it is a "home". You will be disappointed if you choose anywhere else.........................

The house is located in a great location with nice views of the mountain ridges. The house is set up well for families and for couples or friends who want to get away together. Well maintained. Nicely decorated with homely feeling. Great master bedroom and bath. All bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Lots of amenities.....................

Ski season $500 night... Summer $450 night ($2700 week) .. Spring and fall $350... Thanksgiving $450 night... Christmas Week $750 night. New Years week $950 night... Add cleaning fee of $225 and security deposit equal to one nights stay. Occupancy tax of 10%. No agency mark up!
