Vacation Rental Cottage - Rates
Special Rates Information:
Off-Season (Jan-May): $600/week or $100/night
Regular Season (June-Dec): $720/week or $120/night
Peak (All holidays + October): $810/week or $135/night
All rates based on 4-person occupancy; there is a $10/night added for each extra guest and $100 refundable security fee for all stays. Add $50 cleaning fee for stays of less than a week.
