On the groundfloor there is a spacious living room with sofas in front of the fireplace and a dining table for four, while there is also a fully equipped kitchen offering all modern services. On the groundfloor there is also a a shower room and an office, with pc (24 hour internet access), fax machine and isdn line. On the first floor, apart from the master bedroom, there is a large walk-in closet as well as a marble bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub that offers a magnificent view to the ocean. The wooden attic that is in the second floor, is a magical spot for all those who wish to watch the sea from their window while lying in their romantic bed. Wood and stone prevail in the villa which has been designed with particular care and taste. The beautiful paintings that have been made especially for Rodia Villa, the fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom, the expensive furniture and lightings as well as the general feeling of the vlla will surely amaze you. Rodia Villa is protected by a closed TV-circuit so that nobody can enter its premises and it is also fenced and protected by tall walls and trees driving away any intruding eyes.
