Starfish Sands is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1200 square beach view, one level seventies ranch, with easy beach access just 5 houses from the beach! It has a gorgeous beach & ocean view. The roaring surf beckons you to sit out front on the wind protected deck and soak in the view!
The living room, kitchen and dining area are one large room with vaulted open beam ceilings and a wall of glass. In the corner is a large brick wood burning fireplace, to chase away the chill on the stormy coastal days.There is a large sofa, 2 over stuffed chaise lounge chairs, and a large flat panel 47 inch LCD TV. The owners also have provided a retro record player and their vintage vinyl collection, for your spinning-listening pleasure.. The dining room table is bar height and seats 6, and is right in front of the picture window, so you won't miss a thing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from wine glasses, blender, to crock pot & turkey roaster. Microwave, full size refrigerator, and an electric range & dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with a full size bed. The master bedroom has a view of the lighthouse. There is a spacious utility room with a full size washer & dryer, and a spacious bathroom, with a shower only (sorry no tub).
Out front is a large deck, with a glass wall to keep you protected from the summer winds, a picnic table, propane barbeque & patio furniture, there is also a nice grassy front yard which is rare at the beach - a great place to bring along your furry friend. The driveway will hold 1 truck and ATV trailer or several small cars.
Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
The front yard has a wind protected patio, Plenty of room for the kids to play in the front yard, and just 1 house north, and across the street a short path down to a long sandy beach. Find the gem of the Oregon Coast, the agate?following winter storms the beach reveals it?s buried treasure. Step out the back door and explore the magnificent Bob Creek Wilderness, the trails you make will be your own and the elks. plus the backyard is a wind protected oasis, with a great deck, lots of flowering plants, with the Siuslaw National forest as it's fence. Nearby you will also find two sweet Oregon Coast surf breaks, so don?t forget your board and wet suits.
Agate Cove enjoys the luxury of UV filtered mountain Spring water that will be the finest earth juice you have ever tasted!
There is also a 2 car garage, and a circular drive that makes it easy to park your toys. (Boat or ATV trailer). Plus plenty of parking for a couple of cars.
