Parking area nearby the house, private panoramic area amongs olive groves with loungers and sun umbrella, gorgeous sea view,satelite TV,CD player ,music throughout the apartment.
On the second floor of the same villa there is another delicious small apartment, the ideal place for lovers : cozy furnitured terrace looking on the sea, large luxurious bedroom and bathroom,nice kitchenette in a round shaped room.Air conditioning and washing machine.
Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
Surrounded by many points of interest, such as the Archangel Michael\\\'s Basilica in Monte Sant\\\'Angelo, the Umbra forest, the white high cliffs along the coast nearby, the medieval towns with narrow streets, the house makes a perfect base from which to explore the area. It is very nicely suited to simply relaxing in a quiet area ,although the beaches (both rock and sand) are not far from here, and there are hill towns a plenty to discover in the valley and nearby mountains
Additional Information:
The price includes bath and bed linen, kitchen clothes once a week, pure olive oil from the local trees, sugar, salt and any other cooking ingredient. You will find a welcome - pack with local products.
The rental in high season usually starts from Saturday afternoon and ends on Saturday morning.
