When checking availability, the dates with red are
N I G H T S that are booked. So if you are arriving on a date you
like and you see all white except for red on the date you want to
depart, that is fine (that means another group would be arriving the
same day you would be departing)

Pricing below for 2007 is weekly and includes taxes and one time
cleaning/laundering fee!

Cancellation for Refund Policy:
At the time you cancel a reservation, if your reservation dates are
more than 90 days prior to arrival you will have your deposit refunded
less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel with less than 90 days prior
to arrival, we can no longer guarantee any refund. In this case, if
we are able to re-book the condo at the same rate, you would receive a
refund less the $50 processing fee and an additional $150 re-booking fee.

Deposits:
To make a reservation we require deposits that apply to your total.
For deposits we accept visa, mastercard, discover, american express
and debit cards. Since payment in full is charged 60 days prior to
arrival, the total amount is due upon booking the reservation if your
dates for arrival are 60 days away or less. If your dates for arrival
are more than 60 days away the amount of the deposits (deposits apply
to your total) are as follows...

For Rentals of $2,795 the deposit amount is $495
For Rentals of $3,495 the deposit amount is $595
For Rentals of $3,995 the deposit amount is $795
For Rentals of $4,995 the deposit amount is $995

Additional Notes:

No pets.
No smoking inside the condo.
Smoking not a problem on the terraces/but be careful of the fabric on
the outside furniture, not to burn a hole in it!
Must be 27 years old or older to rent.

The penthouse is 3000 square feet of pure Cancun living luxury.

The Penthouse:
The drive around to the main lobby is located in the central tower.
The Penthouse is also located in this center tower. Once in the
elevator just push the top floor for the elevator (7th floor). When
exiting the elevator, immediately go left where within just a few
feet you will come upon two doors, one to the right and one to the
left. The door to the right will have a keypad right under the door
handle. Just push in the code that you have from your email
confirmation and walk in (as long as it?s at or after 4pm check in
time)

The penthouse is a full quadrant of the top two floors of the center
building at this 3 tower resort. The penthouse is on the 7th and 8th
floors (top two floors) and is located on the South East corner.
Glass is floor to ceiling all the way around the corner with a large
34 ft long terrace accenting the corner of this amazing penthouse
suite. Even the terrace sides are all glass.

The Cancun Penthouse is over 3,000 square feet of pure living
luxury.
