This super clean second floor fully furnished END UNIT features two
nice size bedrooms with a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in
the other bedroom, and two roll a way twin beds. It has a nice
living room and dining room, complete kitchen with full size stove,
fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. and two full baths. It also
has a stack WASHER & DRYER. T.V. with cable and VCR.
Activities and Attractions
Stay here and you are only app. 45 minutes from DisneyWorld, Sea
World, Universal Studios and all of Orlando's magical attractions!
You can watch space shuttle launches from the roof top deck! The
Kennedy space center is only 5 minutes away. But honestly, your
already situated where all the action is anyway. Your view not only
overlooks the ocean, but also world famous Cocoa Beach Pier. At the
Pier you can:
* Dine in restaurants that are built right OVER the ocean for
breathtaking views.
* Rent out wave runners
* Go Parasailing

We rent Saturday to Saturday only except for last minute occasional
specials that you would see here in this section if any are
available. You can arrive on or after a Saturday as long as you depart
on or before the following Saturday. The full weekly rate would still apply

* All rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation
is confirmed.
* We rent Saturday to Saturday only except on occasion in the fall
season. This would be on dates that are still available 2-3 weeks
prior to arrival and only during the fall season. Please email us
with any questions or for more information on this beautiful condo.
* Please add $85 Cleaning fee to all rates.
* Please add 11% State and local taxes to all rates
* To get a quote that includes all taxes and cleaning fee, just
email us with the dates you want and provide as much information as
possible on the submission form. Thank you.
* There are no additional charges other than the $85 Cleaning fee
and 11% for State and local taxes.
* NO Pets
* NO Smoking inside the condo
* Must be 25 or older to rent.
* Refunds for cancellations processed 60 days prior to arrival
or sooner. Deposit refunds will be $250
($300 deposit less $50 processing fee)
After 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are not
Refundable unless we can re-book the condo for the same amount.
If we are able to do this a $50 processing fee and a $100 re-booking
fee would be deducted from the refund.
* We require no security deposit. A $300 down payment is required
to secure your reservation. The $300 will apply to your total.
Balance is charged 60 days prior toarrival.
We accept debit cards, visa, mastercard, discover, and
American express.
