It doesn't get any closer to the ocean than this! This building was
built very close to the ocean. The builders managed to do this by
building a sea wall 5 ft. from the actual building structure. The
water of the ocean is only 40 yards out max. And this penthouse
beauty is an END UNIT on the top floor (4th floor). The building
complex is shaped like a V with the bottom of the V being furthest
inland and the two tips of the V being closest to the ocean. Your
penthouse is right on one of the very tips of the two ends of the V
on the top floor. The penthouse itself faces the ocean in a V
shaped
manner which is why you see ocean no matter which window you are
looking through (and there are so many of them!) It's truly like
being on the deck of a ship! There are two (2) large balconies. One
is 6'x13' off the LR and the one off the FR is a whopping 8'x19'.
The complex has its own rare heated oceanside pool.
In the sunroom off of the 2nd family room, you can grille out. This
is such a nice feature because in almost all condo complexes you can
no longer grille out on the balconies. But in the sunroom it is
perfectly legal and it's like being outside in there. The only thing
over head is a screen. There is a Weber charcoal grille in the
sunroom. So if you like cook outs like we do, stock the fridge for
your stay and enjoy!
The Penthouse has been recently updated with a super comfy $1,200
king size bed in the master, a queen in the other br and a trundle
bed in the FR (looks like a couch but turns into a king size bed)
and
its very comfortable. (the family room is like another whole
section
of the penthouse with its own exterior door). There are also two
twin pull out mattresses inside the Penthouse if necessary. The LR,
FR and master have cable TV, DVD, VCR and the LR and FR also have
premium sterio systems with CD and cassette and tuner.
Relax and soak up the sun next to this rare oceanside pool while the
sounds of the ocean waves and the mild ocean breeze pamper your
senses. Take a refreshing swim and let the warm ocean sun bake the
water right off your body. Or go straight for the soft, warm, sandy
beach. It's a slice of heaven.

This spaceous penthouse (nearly 2,000 sq. feet) features 2 BRMS, 2
BTHS, living room, full kitchen, dining room, family room, 2 very
large balconies, and a sun room. The sun room has no ceiling so you
can sun bathe in total privacy. One bedroom has an outstanding king
size bed and the other br has a queen bed, and the family room has a
trundle bed that turns into a king plus there are two twin pull out
mattresses if necessary. The master, LR and FR have cable TV, DVD,
VCR and the LR and FR also have premium sterior systems with CD,
cassette and tuner. Shopping mall is right across the street with
restaurants, grocery store, walgreens, etc. and fine dining or bar
and grilles are less than a five minute drive away. Also, 24 hour
Walmart just 3.5 miles South of complex on same rd. (HWY A1A).

Activities and Attractions
Stay here and you are only an hour away from Disney World, Sea World
and all of Orlando's magical attractions. You are only 35 minutes
away from the Kennedy Space Center. You are just a few minutes
drive
away from waverunner rentals, parasailing, beach volleyball, golf,
deep sea fishing, airboat rides, kayak adventures, miniture golf,
free casino boat cruises, tennis, health clubs, surfing, scuba
diving, Port Canaveral and the cruise lines of Royal Carribean,
Disney, Carnival, beach volleyball, fine dining, open air bars and
much much more. The best part about this complex is that its nice
and quiet and private, yet you are only a few minutes drive to so

We rent Saturday to Saturday only except for last minute occasional
specials that you would see here in this section if any are
available. You can arrive on or after a Saturday as long as you depart
on or before the following Saturday. The full weekly rate would still apply

is confirmed.
* We rent Saturday to Saturday only except on occasion in the fall
season. This would be on dates that are still available 2-3 weeks
prior to arrival and only during the fall season. Please email us
with any questions or for more information on this beautiful condo.
* Please add $95 Cleaning fee to all rates.
* Please add 11% State and local taxes to all rates
* To get a quote that includes all taxes and cleaning fee, just
email us with the dates you want and provide as much information as
possible on the submission form. Thank you.
* There are no additional charges other than the $85 Cleaning fee
and 11% for State and local taxes.
* NO Pets
* NO Smoking inside the condo
* Must be 25 or older to rent.
* Refunds for cancellations processed 60 days prior to arrival
or sooner. Deposit refunds will be $250
($300 deposit less $50 processing fee)
After 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are not
Refundable unless we can re-book the condo for the same amount.
If we are able to do this a $50 processing fee and a $100 re-booking
fee would be deducted from the refund.
* We require no security deposit. A $300 down payment is required
to secure your reservation. The $300 will apply to your total.
Balance is charged 60 days prior toarrival.
We accept debit cards, visa, mastercard, discover, and
American express.
