This exquisite place in the sun is located in the heart of Solana Vacation Resort. A newly built gated resort complex in Davenport, situated just off Highway 27, 5 minutes from the world renowned Highway 192 in Kissimmee.
The imaginative, split-plan design of this home makes it a wonderful and economical alternative to booking several hotel rooms for larger parties up to 8.
This indulgent 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has been meticulously furnished to a very high standard and is ready to welcome you and your guests after a fun filled day at the Central Florida attractions and theme parks. Please note that this is a gated community for guests
maximum privacy and security.
The lounge is comfortable and impressively stylish, clean and welcoming with an elegant lounge suite, plush carpeting and exquisite decorative touches throughout to include beautiful framed art, artificial Ficus Trees and pretty flower arrangements. The spacious dining area comprises of a very attractive table plus six chairs complete with cloth place mats, napkins and napkin rings for an elegant dining experience.
The fully equipped kitchen has every appliance and accessory you would expect to find in an upscale vacation home. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils galore, this is really home from home!
Have a ball and create your favorite dish to enjoy by the sunny west facing pool with a chilled drink! Or relax in one of the comfortable sun loungers and appreciate the warm Florida sunshine and gentle winds afforded to you from the screened lanai. Loungers, patio table and chairs have been provided for your absolute comfort so that you can soak up the gorgeous sunshine or indeed enjoy dining al fresco! This is simply Florida living at it's natural best.
To further assist you, there is a separate utility room just off the kitchen area and adjoining the two car garage, which houses a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. No more carting home dirty laundry like you would expect to do when departing from a hotel!
