Clermont is known as the "Gem of the Hills" by the locals and is the largest city in south Lake County. It is noted for its natural rolling hills, which is unusual for central Florida. It is also known for its many cool clear fresh water chain of 16 lakes, connected by the Palatlakaha River in the Ocklawha Basin of tributaries of the St. Johns River, the only river system in the U.S.A that flows north. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago.
It is the crossroads of Florida, located at the intersection of State Road 50, which runs east and west across the State and U.S. Highway 27, which runs north and south through the center of the state.
The Clermont area is one of the hottest growing communities attracting big retail names like Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart and Kohls as well as many small establishments. This makes Clermont a great choice, with a variety of seasonal events that go on year round, you are sure to find plenty of family activities to keep busy.

What a welcome sight Sambu villa was after a long flight across the pond ! The whole family enjoyed their stay, and little touches like the excellent welcome pack made all the difference. This was our first time in Florida and I would recommend booking flights and villa direct saving money. Jane and Richard have given a lot of thought to the furnishing of the villa to cater for all ages, with Pool , Hot tub, 42" Tv and computer to keep the kids occupied. Optional pool heating is available upon request - $22 per night.
Reservations less than 5 nights require a cleaning fee $85.
A non-refundable deposit of $170 per week or part thereof is required at the time a reservation is confirmed.
Home is available on a first come first serve basis and must be confirmed with a deposit.
Reservation crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by night
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed in our homes and must be confined to the patio and outside areas.

For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods.
A security deposit of $170 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival.
