Our vacation home is separated into 2 fully furnished units and are the entire 1,000 square foot. Each unit comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing Lakemont Pines lake. Our home is nonsmoking.

Each kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove, blender, toaster, refrigerator and views of Lakemont Pines lake.

Unit A, Upstairs, sleeps 7 people;
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR/DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest.

The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. A television, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan and views of the Stanislaus National forest.

The bathroom is a tub with a shower and high views of the forest.

The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, wireless and dial up internet, boom box, books, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the views are of Lakemont Pines lake.

Unit B, Downstairs, sleeps 8 people;
The Master Bedroom has a double size bed, Cable TV, VCR and views of the Stanislaus National forest outside your window.

The Second Bedroom has two sets of trundle beds (total 4 singles), Cable TV, DVD, a 6' walk in closet, a 2' blanket closet and views of the Stanislaus National forest.

The Bathroom has shower, sink and toilet.

The Living Room has a double size hide-a-bed, recliner and love seat. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, cassette player, CD player, games, books and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The desk is ready for your computer with dial up or wireless and a free telephone for local calls. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The views outside are of Lakemont Pines lake and the forest.

The Dining Room has a full table and chairs for up to 8 people with Wilson Art flooring.

The Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are an open floor plan style for easy entertaining.

The outside covered patio deck is 10 x 40 fee and looks out to Lakemont Pines lake. There are 2 picnic tables with chairs, couch, charcoal bar-b-que and walking sticks.

Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months.

Our vacation home overlooks Lakemont Pines lake in Arnold, California and is backed by the Stanislaus National Forest.

Lakemont Pines lake is a man made lake fed by mountain snows.

Nearby you will find wonderful wine tasting, four renowned golf courses, fishing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, gold mining, hiking, casinos, spelunking, water skiing, swimming and boating. Within 2 hours you will find casinos in Jackson and Tuolumne.
