Ground floor 1 Bedroom (newly converted studio) apartment with private sun terrace on holiday complex. Only 30-40 minutes from Faro Airport. Facilities on the complex include: 3 x tennis courts, 2 x swimming pools with panoramic views towards the town & beach. The restaurant serves excellent meals at a reasonable price and the bar has entertainment most evenings of the week. Breakfast & bar snacks are available every day. It is only a 10 minute walk to Albufeira Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants & bars. The beach is also only a 10 minute walk (downhill). The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with double bed & fold up bed (used as a sofa when not used as a bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, cooker & fridge. Dining table seats 4. Iron & ironing board + compact hairdryer & hair straighteners supplied. The apartment has Sky TV, incuding Sky sports 1,BBC,ITV and many Foreign & English speaking channels. Cleaning service and change of sheets & towels are provided. Budget flights are available from most U.K airports and low cost transfers to & from the apartment can be advised. Car hire is also very reasonable & directions can be provided on request. Cars can be parked outside the apartment. Price is for 2 people and varies by season. Additional occupants will incur an extra cost. A deposit is required to secure your booking & full payment must be made 6 weeks before travel.
