The heart of Trogir is small islet laying between the gentle hills on the mainland and the coast of the Island of Ciovo. Small town of 12000 citizens is the center of Trogir micro - region which covers 250km2. Accommodation in Trogir Center is mostly available in old city center, in the renovated medieval houses with sense of Trogir's rich history. Variety of fine restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges and cafe's are located on the islet. Several shopping centers are also located very near to the center (across the old Town Bridge, on the Main Market). The nearest beach is Pantan Beach, 2km to the East with beach bar and sport facilities.

Villa is placed on the island of Ciovo, at the little seaside resort called Slatine, 7 km from the town-museum of Trogir. It is surrounded with pine trees and it is about 30m from the sea and the beach. The house has a safe private parking for 3 automobiles, shower in the garden and possibility of using the grill.
