Just a few meters from this ideal place there's the fifth floor attic, with lift, made up of an elegant living room with equipped cooking corner and queen size sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Not only is the little building special since it dates back to the '500, but also because its staircase faces a luxuriant internal courtyard, full of plants and flowers. The apartment has all cross-beam ceilings while the master bedroom has a gambrel roof: a very romantic and elegant touch! The entire furniture then is elegant and perfect for this apartment, especially the antique table with chairs with coat of arms and the unique kneading though still perfectly kept. But the best spot in the house is without a doubt the luxuriant and fully equipped terrace on which you can enjoy the cool "ponentino" wind from the very first afternoon hours, refreshing the sweltering roman days.
