This apartment has stunning views of the Bay of Poets, Lerici and the islands of Palmaria and Tino. Centrally located in a Serra, a typicl and charming historic village of the coastline. It is also close to the Cinqueterre and many other beautiful spots such as Portovenere, Tellaro, the Apuan Alps, the Tuscan coastline, Carrara etc.
The apartment itself has a balcony towards the view,1 bedroom with a double-bed, kitchen, lounge with 2 sofa beds and then the tiny bathroom(please note that the toilet is in the shower unit to save on space). It is situated on the first floor, that is 1 floor above ground level. The building is a historic one, with foundations going back to the 1400's.
In renting this accommodation, you will have the experience of living in a typical Italian village, and meet the locals.

As mentioned above, for a renter, one of the most memorable experiences is to be in a charming Italian village with its little shops and quiet community life, but it is close to a myriad of beautiful places to sightsee.
It is not possible to drive to the door. The vehicle can go up to 200m away. The apartment has its own parking 300m away, which is a great advantage as even many locals do not have a parking place and have to drive around looking for a place.

There are lots of places in the area, which are marvellous for fish and seafood, but also meat dishes of the area. There is a great variety of places eat and at reasonable prices, and we will tell you when you get here.

The fun part is looking out of the balcony to the rocky beaches below and beautiful bays and islands. You can also have breakfast there. What a way to start the day! The apartment is charmng as it is rustic and still has the old thick walls of a historic building. You have all the amenities that are required for such a stay.

Many visitors come for the many beaches and bays of the area, but the coastline is dotted with medieval villages, artist's villages, trekking paths etc. It is possible to take many different boat trips and to indulge in various water sports in the area. Then there is wonderful shopping in places where one can get to by train or short bus journey - such as La Spezia, Sarzana, Carrara, Massa, Lucca and even Florence can be visited in a day. Very close to the Cinqueterre, so many people choose to stay in La Serra for this reason.
