Our cabin is located near Pactola Lake and the Black Forest Inn at the base of Edelweiss Mountain. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bed is a queen size futon, but very comfortable. There is a sofa in the living room which will sleep one person. If you need more sleeping arrangements, just ask. We can provide you with air mattresses.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your food. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, pans, dishes, utensils and a toaster. All linens and towels are provided as well.

If you want to get away from the busy life and enjoy a peaceful vacation spot, you will love our cabin. There are 2 decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the deer and wild turkeys feed.

There are great hiking and biking trails nearby. And you are just minutes from Pactola Lake. Sheridan Lake is close by, too. If you enjoy fishing and boating, this cabin is perfect for you.

Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, Terry Peak Ski Resort, Crazy Horse, Hill City, and Keystone are all less than 30 minutes away!

We love our cabin and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Best Places to Eat:
Sugar Shack: This restaurant was voted to have the best burger in the Hills. Less than 15 minutes away.

Black Forest Inn: Just around the corner and within walking distance. You can enjoy a burger or sandwich at the Outside Bistro. Isaac and Cindy who own the Black Forest Inn have a full menu inside as well. Their food is fantastic!

Pactola Pines: If you like fried chicken, check out the Marina at Pactola Lake. We like their jalapeno poppers and you can't leave the area without trying one of their home-made dilley bars!

Alpine Inn: The Alpine Inn is known for their $9.99 Filet dinner and home-made desserts. Our favorite is the Napoleon. Very quaint.

We love our cabin because it is quiet and rustic, yet not far from the HWY 385. It's always a wonderful get-a-way!
