Our flat is located in Giza city, just 2 minutes walking to the 3 Great Pyramids and the Sphinx.
-From the flat windows you have a very clear and close panoramic view to the pyramids especially at night ….. Very romantic.
-The flat is about 200 meters square, with a very nice panoramic view to the 3 pyramids.
-It is located at the second floor.
-Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, full furnished kitchen and bathroom.
-The flat is characterized by its modern paints,furniture and porcelain floors.
Main bedroom:
-Full furnished room with king-sized bed.
You have a nice view of the Pyramids from the room window.
-The room has 2 speakers in the ceiling as a part of the sound system. (You have a control to switch the sound off from the room).
Sub-main bedroom:
-Full furnished room with 2 beds.
-From the windows of this room you have a panoramic view to the 3 pyramids.
Living room:
-Has a corner couch L – shaped.
-It contains all means of entertainment: T.V, Satellite receiver, DVD player, Internet and Cassette with radio.
-The cassette is connected to the sound system so you can enjoy music and movies on the sound system in the entire flat.
Kitchen:-
-Full furnished kitchen with modern style and light spots
-All machines are available:
- Gas cooker with 5 burners and oven.
- Hot oven.
- Large refrigerator.
- Automatic washing machine.
- Kettle
- Microwave
- Toaster.
-Very high tech water filter (there will be no need to buy mineral water in our flat. very economic..:)
-Has a speaker as a part of the sound system so you can cook while hearing music.
-Has a built-in dinner table so you can also have your meal in the kitchen while hearing soft music.

Our flat is located in Nazlet el Samman village,which was the capital of the Pharaohs in the Ancient time. So having a vacation in our flat you can mix between the Ancient and modern living. Only 5 steps by walking you can visit the 3 Great Pyramids and the Sphinx at anytime. You can enjoy the sound and light show on your doorstep,so no need to pay tickets to enter the show,you can watch it directly from our roof in a panoramic view. We can arrange nice plans for you to visit the most important historical places in Egypt like Sakarra,Memphis,the Egyptian Museum,Citadel of Mohamed Ali,Night cruising in the River Nile, and you can take souvenirs to your family and friends from Khan El Kalili Market. Around our flat, there is a lot of horse stables where you can enjoy horse-back and camel riding and roam in the desert few steps around the Pyramids and Sphinx. In the area there also Safari tours available by buggies to visit the ancient village in the desert and spend one day like a pharaoh king.

A most fantastic holiday apartment, everything and more than it says on the can, we and our family had a most rewarding stay there, so much more than could have ever been expected. Being a stones throw away from the Giza pyramids is a great plus for any vacation, to just look through the windows or go up and the roof and be transfixed by them is truly amazing, Sameh's brothers Walid,Tariq, & Ashraf enriched our month there beyond words, they showed us more of Egypt than any book or the internet ever could, I highly recommend this apartment and family to anyone who is interested in Egypt on any level,
Pyramid flat is a beautiful apartment. It is spacious, clean, secure, and the view is spectacular! After a day of serious sight seeing it is wonderful to come home and relax with the view of the Pyramids that is unbelievable. The apartment has everything that you need, and very reasonable. Why anyone would want to stay in a hotel is beyond me---when you can have your own place & pretend for a short time that you are living in Giza. We felt so at home there & we really have to thank Ashraf for that. We were only able to stay for 5 days & now know that we would not have had the experience that we did without his help. He cut our itinerary to the very best we could do while we were there. He arranged a driver, a guide for the Egyptian museum, took us shopping to special places we would not have found on our own & suggested where to eat, etc. He made our trip a huge success & we loved the apartment. We felt at home. There is something to see & do every minute you are in Egypt, but it is not easy to accomplish all of those things if it is your first time. We are experienced travelers, but this ain't Europe! It is an experience of a lifetime, and I will never forget a minute of it. I can't say enough about it.
