Villa Rosa, built in 2003, is a modern, luxury holiday villa that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children -13 year.
The total surface area of this south-facing villa is 120 m², and includes a covered terrace. The panoramic views over the Vallée d'Auvézère can be enjoyed while sitting on the terrace.
The entire enclosed private swimming pool (7-3m, 1,25m deep) is just a few meters from the accommodation. This pool can be used from May to the end of September. Lounge chairs and ambient lighting have been placed on the terrace for your comfort. A BBQ is also available.

Inside, you are greeted with a pleasant ambiance and a variety of comforts.
The spacious principal room (living/ dining room with well equipped, open-plan kitchen) is furnished to a high standard:
- dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with separated freezer compartment
- television with satellite connexion (French channels), DVD player with DVD's, Hifi with CD's, books
A bright room which boasts great views through the large sliding window-door (with automatic shutter)
Utility room with:
- washing machine, iron and ironing board
Three bedrooms:
Bed room 1: twin bedroom with en-suite shower (cabin) and wash basin
Bed room 2: twin bedroom for children
Bed room 3: twin bedroom
Luxury bathroom with:
- corner bath, double wash basin and toilet
Separate toilet

Beyond the tranquillity of Résidence La Roseraie, there is much to tempt the visitor. The Dordogne is, after all, well known for its prehistory, castles and gastronomy (such as the truffle and foie gras). When visiting the region, you should not miss the Roman city of Périgueux or the spectacular cave of Lascaux, which is accessed from the pretty old town of Montignac.
A visit to one of the many markets in the region is also a culinary treat.
For nature-loving travellers there are several rivers and lakes, within a distance of 30 km, where you can swim, canoe or fish. If you like rambling, there are several footpaths through nearby forests; paths which are also ideal to discover by mountain bike. Just 2 km up the road from our villas, there is a riding school where ponies can be hired on reservation.
Nearest airports: Limoges, Brive and Bergerac (each within a distance of 80 km).

The advance payment (25% of the rental of the holiday accommodation) must be paid within 2 weeks after reservation. The balance has to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment must be paid at the time of booking. A Guarantee sum of 300 € will be asked at your arrival. The guarantee sum will be returned at your departure, after controle of the rented accommodation. We have the right to recover from you any costs made. The guarantee sum cannot be considered as part of the rent. Banking fees: We do not charge booking or administration fees. Possible bank charges will be recovered from the tenant. Final cleaning up: Obligatory costs for the final cleaning up: 60 €. Electricity: Except for very high season (see tariffs), there is a supplement for electricity costs (according to meter, 0,20 € /KWh). The additional charges must be paid at your departure. Services: If the tenant has been used extra services, the costs must be paid before departure. Please, contact us for all further details.
