This spacious two-bedroom/one and a half-bath, corner unit with lanai is at Kuhio Plaza, 2442 Kuhio Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96815. This privately-owned unit is in a secured building with the building manager on site. The cross street is Uluniu Avenue. This sixth-floor condo offers all the amenities of home including bed linens and towels (including beach towels). There's a coin-operated washer and dryer on same floor. The unit comes complete with a TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, answering machine, and a phone for local service and Internet hook up. Any long-distance calls must be made with a calling card. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a stove/oven, microwave, new toaster, new coffeemaker, rice maker, new blender and a new George Foreman grill. The unit is air-conditioned, and has ceiling fans or wall fans in each room. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with an ironing board and iron.
Free parking for mid-size car included --: A real bargain in Waikiki! We welcome you to our beautiful home. Note: There is a one week minimum stay. Check-in is at 3:00 PM; and check-out is at 10 AM. A reservation deposit of $100.00 US is required within ten days of confirmation. This deposit is applied at the time of full payment -- four weeks prior to occupancy. A letter of confirmation with all details will be mailed upon receipt. Deposits are refundable after unit is checked and keys are returned as directed. Note non-smoking policy. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a responsible adult, guardian or parent. Guests agree to hold owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage resulting from carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of guests and their visitors. A refund, after full payment is received, will only be available if the unit is fully re-rented for the time period.
Storm Policy: Storm policy: Refunds will not be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation of the area. If such an evacuation is ordered, we will refund: A. Any unused portion of the rent for a guest currently staying at the unit. B. Any unused portion of rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the storm/hurricane warning is lifted. C. Any advance rent collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the warning period.
No Smoking In Unit Or On Lanai.: Any exceptions to the above policies must be agreed to by both parties in writing and in advance. Guests agree that violation of the terms of this agreement will result in termination of occupancy and that they will remedy any damages or expenses they cause. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The property will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for loss of personal property or valuables of any kind. There is no smoking in the unit or on the lanai. A forfeiture of all deposits should you or any of your guests smoke in this unit or on the lanai.
