The complex offers private access to the beach and a 3 pool-gazebo-Wi-Fi area making our condo a dream for families and couples alike. The Malibu Beachfront Complex is a gated community providing privacy and security. The interior was renovated in 2009, tastefully decorated, furnished to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances. The open floor plan is perfect for entertainment or relax after a busy touring day. The master suite contains its own private bath and is furnished with a queen size bed. One bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. There are A/C units in each bedroom in addition to ceiling and floor fans. For your use and enjoyment we provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella, cooler, toys for the kids, a small selection of movies, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Upon your arrival you will be met by our Property Manager who will acquaint you with all that Loiza and Malibu Beachfront have to offer. She is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay. Maria, We had a great time in Puerto Rico and want to go back again very soon. Your sister was very helpful and friendly. She answered any questions we had and made herself easy to get a hold of in the event that we needed her. When we arrived at Enterprise Jr. was there waiting for us. Though I couldn’t communicate with him he was very pleasant and accommodating to our family. We enjoyed our stay in your condo and it worked out well for the 6 of us. The kids enjoyed the on-site pool EVERYDAY and didn’t want to leave even when it rained a few times. The pool and beach was beautiful, Puerto Rico has some of the most beautiful beaches and water I have ever seen. We enjoyed going to the beach on the 4th there were tons of people hanging out and having a good time. It was awesome to see so much of the Puertorican culture while we were there. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and had a big smile on their face. What a great place to vacation and even better place to live! It was very hard to leave and come back home to reality. Next time we plan a trip to Puerto Rico we will contact you again for our lodging needs.

Stayed at the Penthouse in Bldg G. July 2009. Unit is very clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio is a plus. We spend many pleasant evenings grilling and enjoying the view of the Yunque.
The beach is great. Most times we had it all to ourselves. Water is clean, clear and warm. The pool is amazing.
A wonderful place to stay.

We had a nice time in PR. There are lots of things to do, the rain forest, Caves to explore, kayaking at bio-bay, scuba diving, and downtown San Juan. The condo's were very nice and on the beach.
