"Serenity" is a private waterfront cottage that includes a BOAT on the small island of Staniel Cay in the middle of the Exuma chain of islands overlooking Thunderball Grotto where "Splash," "Never Say Never" and "Thunderball" movies were filmed. Incredible sunsets, dock for sunbathing, fishing and enjoying the crystal clear water.
Serenity is ideal for up to 2 couples or a family, with many people returning year after year. Staniel Cay is less than a square mile, with only 100 people living there, including kids. There are 3 restaurants, a church, clinic, village shops and general store. Serenity is available with either a 13-ft. Boston Whaler with a 25 or 40 hp motor or a 17-ft Boston Whaler with 90 hp motor, depending on boating experience. Call/email for details.

$1650 per week for 1-2 includes a 13' Boston Whaler.
$2350 per week for 1-2 includes a 17' Whaler to qualified people (requires additional $500 security deposit).
$150 per week per additional adult.
$100 per week per additional child under 12.
$200 per week for electric golf cart (car).
