You might also consider arranging for maid service The Penthouse is also perfect for small intimate events! Host a cocktail party or a romantic dinner on the terrace. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in the condo! I just wanted to send you a thank you for allowing me and my family the use of your condo. We had a fabulous time! Your place was very cozy. I loved the view. Maritza was so kind and met us within minutes of arriving. We made friends with the gatesmen and the security guard. I loved the people of Loiza they were absolutely wonderful. We hope to stay there again in the near future. We're thinking end of January or February. I will let you know.

We just returned from two wonderful weeks in sunny, warm Puerto Rico. We especially enjoyed our accommodations with all the comforts of home PLUS a private beach, nice swimming pool, secure lodging, and a great place from which to explore the island. It's a great winter "get-away" for anyone living in the northern half of the United States.

This rental was just part of one great adventure.
Malibu is very well located for driving to all the different locations. Their part of the beach is really large compared to other condos we saw once there.
The overall quality of the condos & the complex is really excellent, better than most hotels I've been to. The photos don't do it justice.
I respected the rules, quite reasonable, and they sent me my security back by mail.
