The Maui Banyan Complex, is children friendly, and offers a nice friendly place to barbecue by the pool, and read that book that you have been wanting to read but have not had the time to do. The birds that roam around the property are unique to Maui itself. The property is maintained by seasoned landscapers and maintenance personnel that have been here for years. The tennis court is used almost year round. The complex offers a piece of piece and calmness without the rush of everyday life.
 
Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
 
The owner decide to own this place, for the beach being right across the street, and when they are in season you can sit on the beach and watch humpback whales in the bay, The best reasons to rent is that it is owner operated, you deal directly with the owner and the prices are a little lower than the standard Hotel or Condo Complex. The one thing that we noticed as we take are morning walk down to starbucks is that people who pass you on the way say goodmorning even if they do not know you.

Best Places to Eat:
The restaurants that I would recommend is pizza madness Behind the Maui dive shop, Stellas Blues Cafe, Freds Mexican Restaurant which has taco tuesday starting at 4 PM where tacos are 2.95 and the Margaritas are the best.

The Maui Ocean Center is the most visited tourist attraction where people of all ages are informed about the efforts of the ocean center to conserve the ocean wonders and beauty for future generations. The Pacific Whale Foundation runs eco tours where they take snorkelers of all ages out to marine preserves and teach them about the fish that are in the preserve along with the study of the spinner dolphins along the way. We have been associated with the Pacific Whale Foundation and its on going efforts to inform the public about the ecology of the Hawaiian Isands. If you are in the mood for some art and a night on the town, is artist night in Lahaina the old whaling town on Maui, where the artist's come out to meet the people in public and to share some of there thoughts about the painting's that they have done and the inspiration behind the painting. If you like horse back riding Maui's oldest ranch has what you need from one to 3 hour tours for all ages.
