Our Property is Located in the exclusive area of Champions Gate & Reunion just off the I-4, providing easy access to all Attractions and Amenities.
We are a private gated community with stunning Landscaping.
It has a large s/west facing pool area with beautiful relaxing views,(no back to back pools).
There is a Lanai essential for shade and ideal for alfresco dining. The layout inside the Villa has a comfortable and homely feel with quality furnishings.
Each Master bedroom has en-suite with a third bathroom serving the twin bedrooms.
We have sleeping and dining for 8 also extra dining seating in the Kitchen Nook.
The Abbey at Westhaven featured on the UK T.V. programme "I want that house" proving what a lovely Location The Abbey is.
Nearby are numerous Golf courses and of course Disney and Theme parks.
Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
We looked at many areas before finding The Abbey. We were sold on the small exclusive gated community, with it's wonderful Landscaping which is superbly taken care of by our HOA. Then the villa itself, we knew it was right for us (Family of 4 owners) with the best pool area we had seen and stunning views. You can tell we are really happy with our home.

If you require a cleaner during your stay this can be arranged with our MC company for $90. Newly opened is our Community Centre Club House, Gym, with Tennis & Volleyball courts, plus a communual Swimming Pool.

Vacationer Feedback
We had an excellent trip while visiting Orlando and the many attractions in the area. One of the things that made the trip most memorable was the great accommodations at your Villa. From the spacious living, bedrooms and bath areas to the pool, hot tub and large accompanying patio our time relaxing away from the amusement parks couldn't have been better.
We look forward to visiting your beautiful home again on our next trip to Florida.

"Fantastic villa and Ideal Location"
This is one villa we would wholeheartedly recommend to any family or group visiting Orlando Florida. The house is exceptionally clean with excellent facilities and the pool and garden is very well maintained. Kitchen facilities excellent, linen immaculate and bathrooms all of a high standard. The location is ideal for travelling to all the major attractions and easy for a first time visitor (even better with sat nav though!) Gates community gives added security and very peaceful neighbourhood. We contacted the owners prior to booking and they were really approachable - information available from them help us to choose the villa and they regularly kept us up to date. Lots of useful information also available in the villa. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

We had a great holiday and we found the Villa great.I was a little nervous booking on the internet as it was a special family holiday, but the villa was better then expected. The pool and hot tub was great to relax and unwind after a day in the parks. The rooms very comfortable and location was great, just a short drive to any of the attractions.We would all hope to come back here again, and I will recommend this villa to all my friends.

Vacation Rental - Availability
Prices inclusive of Tax
Available all year round.
Monthly rate is based on 4 weeks (28 days).
If the whole month is required, contact us for price.
Pool heating upon request. Daily $25 Weekly $150
Booking conditions
$300 deposit per week ( non refundable )plus a refundable security deposit $300 refunded after a inspection from our management company.
The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
Payment is accepted by cheque, Bank transfer to our UK or US Bank Account,
or by Credit Card via PayPal (this will incur a 4% service charge.
If the booking is within 10 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required at time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until clearance of the deposit.
For stays less than a week please contact us for details, there will be a cleaning charge of $90 for rentals for 5 days or less.
