Bright, cheerful and charming describe this water-front apartment, on the tranquil southern end of Estero Island. This condo is reminiscent of the 'old South', displaying the quiet grace and beauty of an era gone by.
A wall of glass in the living room opens onto a screened lanai, overlooking the sugar sand beach below. A private grill on the lanai compliments the beach-side patio table with custom-made oversize chairs for outdoor dining. Exquisite views of tropical sunsets bathe the sky in vibrant hues, making each evening memorable.
There is generous seating in the plantation-style living room, made complete with Grandma's old rocking chair. Enjoy a favorite movie on the cable-TV/VCR.
Both bedrooms have private baths: choose tub & shower, or walk-in shower. The Queen master bedroom featires sliders opening out to the lanai to enjoy the evening ocean waves crashing against the shore. You won't miss your favorite late night program as there is also a TV in the master bedroom.
The guest room may be configured to your needs: either King Size sleeping or 2 twins.
Outside, a beautifully landscaped patio surrounds the heated pool. Lounges are provided for relaxing in the sun, or seek the shade of scattered palm trees. For the beach and shore, you will find we have provided sand chairs, beach umbrella, thick and thirsty beach towels, and a cooler.
