There is seperate air conditioning and ceiling fans for the bedroom and living room. There is cable TV, a CD player stereo, CDs, books and games. The private balcony offers a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and Mismaloya bay. Watch whales, orcas, schools of flying fish and the most beautiful sunsets.

Mismaloya is a small community that offers many excellent resturants. Parasailing, snorkeling, scuba and fisihing tours availble on the beach, or rent a kayak, hobiecat sailboat or waverunner. The famous marine national park, Los Arcos, is just outside Mismaloya Bay.
Or take a trip up along the Mismaloya River to Chinos Paradise and El Eden where "Predator" starring Arnold Schwartzenegger was filmed, have lunch and swim in the natural rock pools. Historic Puerto Vallarta is only 15 min. away and offers great shopping and night life. Buses leave from the condo every 15 min; no need to rent a car. Puerto Vallarta is rapidly becoming a golf destination with many world class golf courses.
