$250/night, $1,500/Week, $4,500/Month.
50% non-refundable deposit to secure reservation. Balance due 45 days before arrival. Fully refundable breakage/long-distance phone security deposit of $300 and cleaning fee of $85 with final payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Final payment minus $100 will be returned if new renter is found.
