La Resinera is a very pleasant complex beside the sea with lots of facilities to keep both adults and children amused. There is a well laid out golf course across the road and within a five mile radius there are at least ten others including some of the most well-known courses in Spain. There are also excellent quality tennis courts beside the golf course and a riding stables. There is
boat hire on the beach at the five-star Las Dunas Hotel next door. On the complex there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops. The complex is called El Pirata and consists of about 80 bungalows and 100 apartments. These are entirely in private ownership.

All lettings are on a Saturday to Saturday basis and you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Access,
American Express or Diners Club.
For advance bookings by credit/charge card you may pay a 50% deposit and the remainder one
month before you travel. All bookings are subject to a ?100 refundable Damage. Deposit. This will be refunded on your return from your holiday
