Welcome to Conch?d Out ? a beachfront vacation rental house and cottage on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. It is directly on a beautiful secluded beach with soft pink sand and clear blue water.
Conch?d Out is easily accessible, just one hour by air from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. It is located on the Atlantic side of the island near the quaint community of North Palmetto Point.
The ocean here is calm and warm, making it the perfect playground for children of any age. You can float in the gentle swells or don a mask and snorkel to explore the fascinating coral reefs just offshore. Catch a fish or spear a lobster for your dinner at Conch?d Out, or charter a boat for great bone or deep sea fishing. Two 2-person kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment.
The house and cottage are both casual and elegant?fully air conditioned, beautiful Italian tile floors and furnished with quality rattan and glass giving it that ?Island? feel. Large patios, picturesque coconut palm trees and spectacular Atlantic Ocean views from every room create a unique tropical experience.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, which is ideal for two couples. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is perfect for larger groups renting the main house or for a couple seeking a smaller more intimate location. Both also have sofa beds in the great room and fully equipped modern kitchens. They can be rented separately or together.
The people of Eleuthera are extremely friendly and hospitable and will immediately make you feel right at home. The island has many interesting places to visit and deserted beaches to explore.
