My luxurious and beautifully decorated 1-1/2 bedroom condominium vacation rental is located on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry room. It has a partial ocean and sunset view from the private balcony. It has a king size bed in the Master Suite, a queensize sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a cute bonus bunk room with a twin bed perfect for a child or extra adult.
The maximum number of guests is four so it's perfect for two couples or small family. The bunk room has blue sky, white clouds, and stars that shine at night. The condo has wireless Internet and Cable TV/DVD players in the living room and bedroom.
This condo is tiled throughout the kitchen, living room and bathroom and has new Berber carpeting in the bedroom with all upgraded clean furnishings and appliances including glass top stove, built in Microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water through the door.
This luxuriously furnished vacation rental is located in an ocean front resort with two olympic size pools (one seasonally heated to perfection), plus two kiddie pools, shuffleboard, Clubhouse and oceanfront lounging deck. The resort is located in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety.
The resort has elevators, coin operated laundry rooms on each floor, and one assigned parking space near the lobby for this unit.
Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
We bought this property because we loved the resort amenities. It is one of the best courtyards with dual Olympic size swimming pools and kiddie pools, plus a great Clubhouse and shuffleboard. It's located right across the road from a small shopping plaza with restaurants and grocery store. The best part is the resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone so there are no cars allowed on the beach. It's very safe for families with small children.

This island community has so many wonderful restaurants that specialize in fresh seafood and also great steak and rib places. It's hard to list our favorites because we have so many. From fine dining restaurants that offer large wine selections to the best hamburger (voted 5 years in a row) at the Breakers ocean front grille. We have an authentic Florida Fish Camp at J.B.'s Fish Camp on the river with dolphin and manatee sightings daily. We have a wonderful night life on Flagler Avenue with live entertainment and fine dining. The Riverview Grille at the north causeway bridge is great for happy hour sunsets and Dolphin viewing. Garlic on the south causeway has a beautiful fresh air courtyard dining with lighted trees and a wood burning fire place and beautiful lush garden atmosphere. Plenty of take-out restaurants from gourmet to pizza.

The complex has two olympic size pools (one seasonally heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, Clubhouse, shuffleboard, and a large oceanfront deck for sunbathing and relaxing. All linens are provided, plus Cable TV & VCR (TV in living room, plus extra TV in bedroom), CD Player with AM/FM Stereo. There are ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen has all new appliances plus blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and enough stainless steel cookware and utensils to cook a gourmet meal.

This vacation rental is available until August 1st, 2010. The resort is being renovated from August 1st through December 31st, 2010, then will reopen again January 1st, 2011. A one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 and 12.5% taxes apply. A 30 day cancellation privileges with $25.00 handling fee.
