My oceanview Studio Efficiency Condo is located right across the road from the beach with a great view of the ocean the minute you walk in the front door.
It can accommodate up to four guests with two brand new queen size Murphy Beds. It's located in a four-story resort in the preferred non-driving beach zone. The resort is called Mariner's Cove, 3700 South Atlantic Ave. #309. The resort has an elevator, swimming pool (UNHEATED), shuffleboard, and on-site laundry facilities. There is free parking behind the resort and also free parking at the 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park across the street with full beach access just steps away. Condo #309 is on the third floor right near the elevator for easy access.
This is my best priced rental with weekly rates starting at only $350/week (after Labor Day through December) plus tax (12.5%)and a one-time cleaning fee of $50.00. High Season is June thru August at $450/week.
Rates are subject to change, and may be higher during special events and holidays. My maximum nightly rate is $100/night plus tax and cleaning.
This spacious oceanview studio condominium is perfect for a couple or small family. Although it's just one big room plus a bathroom with separate dressing room and closet, once you put the two Queen Size Murphy Beds up in the morning you have a nice large living room, dining and kitchen area. The brand new Dual Queen Size Murphy Beds easily glides up into large wall cabinets during the day (no more walking around beds). The living room also has a full size Sleeper Sofa, recliner, and comfortable reading chair. The sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with a spectacular ocean view from across the road.
The kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked for meal planning. All small appliances, cookware, and utensils are also included.
This condo was totally remodeled in 2005 with all new cabinetry, counters, tiled floors, plus fresh paint and decorating. The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with large closet, storage drawers and vanity. The living room also has plenty of storage room for clothing. This condo is located right across from the elevator for easy access.
The resort is directly across from the beach and ocean front park. The park has free parking and free beach access. It's in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. The oceanfront park has a promenade deck with benches, restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic tables and outdoor grilles, plus a recreation area including a playground, basketball and handball courts. The
park has a full time life guard on duty. You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away.

The best thing about this rental is it's exceptionally clean with tiled floors thoughout. It's also a great location with the free beach access with a lifeguard right across the street. It's in the preferred non-driving zone so no cars are allowed on the beach.
