Life in Hungary-	It is considered inappropriate to clink glasses together for a toast in Hungary. Budapest, Hungary’s capital city, is a popular tourist spot because of its many museums, parks, and caves. Be sure and pay a visit to the Buda Castle and its underground labyrinth – this popular attraction gives guests an opportunity to brave a darkened maze led only be following a rope. For the slightly less brave, guided tours are available through the four halls that are each representative of a different period (some true, some fictional). Also worth visiting in Budapest is the Parliament Building and the City Park. And be sure are visit the hundreds of known caves underneath the city! For the truly brave you can visit the crawling-room only section of the Matyas cave known familiarly as the "sandwich of death".
 
For a Hungarian version of nightlife, be sure and stop by Siófok. This "partying capital of Hungary" comes to live on the weekends and boasts parties that last until the sun comes up. Whether you want to participate or avoid the rowdy scene, be aware that it is at its peak during the summer weekends before school resumes. The population of the town more than triples as people flood the town looking for a good time.
 
So swim in the waters of Lake Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe! Visit the Royal Palace, unusual in the fact that a royal Hungarian family has never resided there. Or say a prayer at Esztergom Basilica, the third largest church in Europe. For such a small country, Hungary certainly has its share of larger-than-life sights to see!
