Perhaps best known as the site of Indiana University (IU), Bloomington, Indiana is a college town with a diverse mixture of events and attractions that appeal to a wide variety of visitors. Though Bloomington, Indiana travel is always in season, it is especially popular when Indiana University's Hoosiers athletic teams are playing at home. Big 10 basketball and football are legendary and tickets can be hard to come by, so plan ahead if you'd like to take in a game while you're in town.
