The biggest tourist attraction of Waltham, Massachusetts is Moody Street. Moody Street is entertainment in and of itself. It has many shops, restaurants, and bars. Commonly referred to as  Restaurant Row,  Moody Street is packed with quality and variety when it comes to dining. Some of them are the Watch City Brewing Company for a good beer, Erawan of Siam for Thai food, and Iguana for a good margarita, just to name a few of the attractions. Moody Street has become a magnet for young professionals.
 
Because of its younger population, due mainly to the two universities in the city, Waltham’s cultural life has been greatly enhanced. In the summer, the Waltham Arts Council hosts the Concerts on Waltham Common. Every week there is a different musical act presented free to the public. Waltham is also home to the Waltham Philharmonic Orchestra. The orchestra includes musicians of varying ages and professions because Waltham’s aim was to give its citizens the opportunity to play and enjoy watching classical music.
 
One of the best things about Waltham is that it is only 3 miles outside of the city limits of Boston, but still maintains its identity and flare. Guests can visit Boston while still enjoying a small town, charming environment.
