Cody Rentals By Owner

Named after Buffalo Bill Cody , the city of Cody considers itself a lasting symbol of the western United States . Cody keeps its western ideals alive in its many tourist attractions.

The Buffalo Bill Museum and Historical Center strives to keep the story of W.F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody alive through the telling of his life story and by educating its visitors in history of the American west. Five separate museums make up the Buffalo Bill Museum and Historical Center and each specialize in different areas, such as the American cowboy, western conservation, and Buffalo Bill himself.

The American west is also showcased during the summer in a nightly rodeo held in Cody, from June 1st to the August 31st. The Cody Nite Rodeo is entertaining and also allows kids in the audience to partake in activities like stick horse races and calf scrambles. The Buffalo Bill Cody Stampede is held the first four days of July and focuses on the story of Buffalo Bill’s life.

Located in the east Yellowstone Region, one of the great reasons to visit the area is to enjoy the national treasure that is Yellowstone National Park . Yellowstone is the largest national park in the United States. It is filled with some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable--canyons, mountains, wildlife, and forestry—that spans across three states. Yellowstone is also home to natural wonders like geysers, hot springs, and mud pots. Recreation in the park includes trout fishing, hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing of the various grizzly bears, buffalo, and elk that populate Yellowstone.

Cody, Wyoming is a great stepping stone to see the natural beauty that is housed in the park.
