They are big fans of music such as Jamaican Dancehall, rocksteady, ska and, of course, reggae. Kingston is even home to a historical museum honoring Jamaica’s favorite national treasure – musician Bob Marley. Another national hero of Jamaica is Paul Bogle – you can see a statue of him in Morant Bay, near the site of the 1865 Morant Bay Rebellion.

Negril is home to such shallow water that you can wade in it for quite a distance before it finally goes over your head.
