The beach coastline draws you in, and there are tons of beach-centered activities to enjoy in Fort Myers Beach. To explore the Gulf of Mexico, try out the wave runner and jet ski rentals or charter a boat to take out deep sea fishing for a day. Parasailing through the skies allows for a great view of the white sand and brilliant blue water.

Two popular festivals in the area are the Sand-sculpting Festival and the Pirates Festival. Both are popular with children and adults alike. Fort Myers Beach is a main stop on what is referred to as Paradise Coast, a strip of Florida that includes the beach cities on the Southwest coast of the state.

The cities of the Paradise Coast band together to promote and enjoy the natural habitats in Florida: beaches and swamps.
