This golf course, the Provo Golf Club, will be holding the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championship in 2009. And the Turks and Caicos Music and Cultural Festival (also held in Providenciales) has been a showcase for such famous performers as Ludacris, LL Cool J, Michael Bolton, John Legend, and Alicia Keys!
 
Not all celebrities come to perform, though, and the Caicos Island of Parrot Bay is a famous escape for celebrities like Eva Longoria, Tony Parker, and Zac Efron. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner even got married on Parrot Cay!
 
The Turk Islands have got plenty of exciting opportunities themselves, and are a haven for snorkeling tours, scuba diving, driving dune buggies, or taking an off-road safari. You can relax on Columbus Beach and gaze upon the wild cattle that live nearby. Or stop by the Lighthouse – its protected by a national trust.
