Welcome to an affordable, extremely well cared for condominium nestled in a beautiful thirty six acre oceanfront resort!Our condominium is exceptionally comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and our desire is to have a select group of vacationers enjoy returning again and again to a very special home away from home. The summer of 2003 brings new updates to our already appealing Five Seasons #6202. The fully equipped kitchen, foyer, hall and full bathroom are getting beautiful new ceramic tile that our designer has selected. We decided guests would enjoy a larger television in the living room, and the current cable television would be perfect mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. Our designer has also selected a new corded bedspread and matching balances for the bedroom window and balcony doorwall.
The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. A full sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils are at your fingertips. Enjoy meals at the long breakfast bar, around the dining table, or while taking in the scenic courtyard views from the beautiful balcony (which is why we decided we had to buy this particular condominium)!
Your living room is furnished with a comfortable queen sized floral sofa bed, soft teal chair, large color television, and a table with four chairs to gather friends and family around. The multiple windows give this room appealing warmth. Access the balcony from either the door off the living room or from the sliding glass door located in your bedroom. Settle down at night on a queen sized bed complete with a brand new mattress set. The full bathroom with medicine cabinet can be entered from either the bedroom or from the hallway off the foyer. With central air conditioning and central heating, enjoy this ondominium on a year round basis, and this would be a wonderful winter rental. For your convenience, linens and towels are provided as well.
From your lovely second floor location(conveniently located near the steps) in the Five Seasons 6000 Centre, delight in your nearby pool, hot tub, putting green and play area set amongst palm trees, tropical plants and flowers. A laundry room is close by as well. Stroll over to the next centre to play an energizing game of tennis on one of the many lighted tennis courts. Wander a little further to find a warm indoor/outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, saunas, arcade games and restrooms with showers.

Weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday and include towels, linens, departure housekeeping and tax.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required when making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any will be immediately refunded. If you cancel your reservation giving more than fourteen days notice, the security deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than fourteen days notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.

The word resort is truly appropriate. Walk, bike or even drive to your private huge white sandy (over 700 feet) expanse of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Build sand castles, suntan, surf fish, shell, and enjoy your own private piece of paradise. Enjoy a total of six pools (two are indoors), four whirlpools, three saunas, steam room, exercise room, basketball, shuffleboard and tennis courts, arcade games, childrens' play areas, and twenty four hour security for piece of mind. From the ocean with its sand dunes and sea oats, to the beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with duck ponds, grills and old fashioned wooden swings, you will be completely enchanted by your tropical surroundings. In season, enjoy a healthy breakfast, snacks and drinks in the deli, and don't forget abut the Oceanside outdoor pool bar, outside patio bar, or indoor snack bar. Gifts and specialty items are available at the on site Convenience Store and Gift Shop.

This city offers a tremendous variety of activities including shopping, dining, live theater, and over one hundred golf courses! New attractions include Broadway at the Beach, Fantasy Harbour, the Palace Theater and Ripley's Aquarium. While being close to absolutely everything, the resort is secluded and gated with 24 hour security. Just across the divided highway is a large grocery store, gas station and miniature golf course. Minutes away are world famous seafood restaurants and a vast array of shopping experiences.
