This waterfront condo is located at 58th Street & The Bay, overlooking Fager's Island Lagoon & Assawoman Bay. It has kitchen, washer and dryer, beds, TV and furniture. There are many places nearby to eat & things to do. Located only 2 blocks (a few minutes walk) from the ocean/beach. The Bus Stop is just one block away and for just $2.00 you can ride all day. An Outdoor pool is open during the summer season. There's a wood burning fireplace for romantic evenings. Private parking lot.
