The seasons are:
July and August are the high season
May, June, September, are mid.
Christmas and Easter fortnight are also mid.
Everything else is low.
Long term (more than 4 weeks) rates (during the winter months essentially) and conditions are available upon request.

In order to confirm you reservation we need a bank transfer for the 25% of the rental amount (non-refundable), plus a 200 Euros refundable security damage deposit per week. Upon receipt of the transfer we will sent you a reservation statement. The security damage deposit will be reimbursed within three(3) weeks if no damages. Balance payment in cash in Euro upon arrival, or otherwise agreed.
