A large deep water boat slip on the widest canal in the Florida Keys is included with your rental.
The home is beautifully furnished throughout with the Tommy Bahama collection by Lexington. The living room has a flat screen television, DVD/CD player and stereo radio. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds, flat screen televisions and Bose CD stereos. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven, blender and juicer. The bathroom is completely redone with a jetted tub and granite countertop. The private balcony has a dining area, barbecue grill and a beautiful garden and canal view. There is a coin operated laundry in the building.
We offer a smoke free environment for all of our guests. We would be happy to recommend a kennel for those guests traveling with pets. This home is not suitable for children.
