Our building is small and very friendly with many owners living on site. Rates from $700 to $1,200 weekly depending on season. What we love about this place
We travel the world, but have always come back to Grand Bahama Island. It is the best of two worlds. Beauty, peace and quiet, deserted beaches but also plenty of action, great restaurants and shopping. There are few places left like in the world.

$700 plus $60 cleaning charge to $1,200 per week, $125 a night depending on season.

We have a special list in our condo of places to go--things to see and do and restaurants that the ordinary tourist would just never come across. There are some world class restaurants not far away as well as Kentucky Fried and MacDonalds.
