All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs. There is a shopping plaza about a mile away which has restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's and Giordano's Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a medical care facility and a drug store.

The community is gated with 24 hour security. The community pool is heated and larger than Olympic size. It has a community hot tub, and a gated kiddy pool. The club house has a 58 seat movie theater, pool tables, exercise room, arcade, and a sundry shop (convenience store for food, drinks, news papers, etc). There is also 2 tennis courts, 2 basket ball courts, a sand volley ball court and a sand tot lot with jungle gyms and slides.
